Become a QuickBooks affiliate

It allows you to make money by referring customers to our website. You do this by placing links on your site. Each time you refer a customer to us through your site and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

First, you must read our terms and conditions. Then, you complete our online application form.

After you submit your application, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as a QuickBooks affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.

Anyone can apply to join the programme, as long as you have a Web site and an interest in assisting small businesses. We especially encourage individuals and organisations such as small business associations, accountants, and small business services providers to apply to become QuickBooks Affiliates. While we are accepting applications from all interested parties, please note that at this time we are not able to accept all applicants. If you are not initially selected as a QuickBooks Affiliate, we encourage you to apply again at a later date.

It's absolutely free to join. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

Yes, we do accept international applicants. However, there are some countries we cannot ship to, so we'll assess applications one-by-one.

Yes. You can have one affiliate account with us that will include all your websites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with a single commission cheque.

The only thing you are responsible for is using the authorised marketing materials we provide you and placing a link on your site. We handle everything else.

We will provide you with the tools and support to help you maximise sales through your site. We also handle orders, shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us.

Unfortunately, no. In order for us to accept you as a QuickBooks affiliate, we must be able to view your website.

Creating links is easy. All you have to do is log in to your Commission Junction (CJ) Account Manager, then go to the 'Get Links' section for the QuickBooks affiliate programme. You will then need to copy and paste the links onto your website.

You should place links where your site visitors will find them easily, such as your home page. Other areas you may want to place your links include your navigation bar and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.

You should update links to our products frequently. We are frequently adding new products and materials, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.

You may use the logos and content we licence to you. However, you may not use logos that have not been specifically licensed to you. We will not track your earnings and pay your commission if you use a non-authorised logo or content.

When you are accepted as a QuickBooks affiliate, you will be able to earn a commission of up to 10% of sales. Through the CJ Account Manager interface, you can access reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

Commission Junction facilitates payment for affiliates/publishers based on the commissions earned for the QuickBooks programme. Commissions are paid once a month. For more details, please visit the FAQ section on the CJ Account Manager interface.

You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through the CJ Account Manager interface QuickBooks affiliate site.

We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest.

All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made.

This is only possible, however, when you create all of your links with the approved materials on the QuickBooks affiliate site.

You can run reports as often as you wish. The figures in the reports are delayed by two hours.
