What is the QuickBooks affiliate programme?
|
It allows you to make money by referring customers to our website. You do this by placing links on your site. Each time you refer a customer to us through your site and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

Is my Web site eligible to become a QuickBooks Affiliate?
|
Anyone can apply to join the programme, as long as you have a Web site and an interest in assisting small businesses. We especially encourage individuals and organisations such as small business associations, accountants, and small business services providers to apply to become QuickBooks Affiliates. While we are accepting applications from all interested parties, please note that at this time we are not able to accept all applicants. If you are not initially selected as a QuickBooks Affiliate, we encourage you to apply again at a later date.

We will provide you with the tools and support to help you maximise sales through your site. We also handle orders, shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us.

Setting up links
|
How do I create links?
|
Creating links is easy. All you have to do is log in to your Commission Junction (CJ) Account Manager, then go to the 'Get Links' section for the QuickBooks affiliate programme. You will then need to copy and paste the links onto your website.

Where should I place the links on my site?
|
You should place links where your site visitors will find them easily, such as your home page. Other areas you may want to place your links include your navigation bar and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.

How often should I update my links?
|
You should update links to our products frequently. We are frequently adding new products and materials, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.

Can I use your content on my site?
|
You may use the logos and content we licence to you. However, you may not use logos that have not been specifically licensed to you. We will not track your earnings and pay your commission if you use a non-authorised logo or content.

Tracking, payment and reporting

How do I know how much commission I've earned?
|
When you are accepted as a QuickBooks affiliate, you will be able to earn a commission of up to 10% of sales. Through the CJ Account Manager interface, you can access reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

How often do I get paid?
|
Commission Junction facilitates payment for affiliates/publishers based on the commissions earned for the QuickBooks programme. Commissions are paid once a month. For more details, please visit the FAQ section on the CJ Account Manager interface.

How can I monitor my sales?
|
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through the CJ Account Manager interface QuickBooks affiliate site.
|

|
How will you know that the orders came from my site?
|
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made.
This is only possible, however, when you create all of your links with the approved materials on the QuickBooks affiliate site.
